We are seeking a 3rd associate veterinarian full or part time to join our well established small animal hospital in Fayetteville, NC. We are centrally located in North Carolina. We are about 2 hours from the beautiful coast and 4 hours from the North Carolina mountains. Our hours are Monday – Friday with weekend rotation for hospitalized and boarding patients. No after-hours emergencies. Seventy First Animal Hospital offers outstanding medicine, surgery, ultrasound, Idexx DR digital radiography dental digital radiography, Idexx in house laboratory equipment, laser surgery, companion therapeutic pain laser, blood pressure and up to date anesthesia monitoring equipment and doppler. Radiographs are reviewed by Idexx radiologists. We use Cornerstone computer system. We focus heavily on dentistry using Midmark adjustable dental table and Midmark 1000 dental machine equipment. We are seeking an outgoing compassionate and caring doctor with strong communication skills. We welcome mentoring new associates needing more training with dentistry skills, as well as surgery. Our hospital is dedicated to providing clients and patients excellent personalized care. We encourage and are constantly striving to improve our client and patient care through continued CE training with both doctors and staff. We have a dedicated support staff to assist the doctors. To help achieve that goal, our staff participates in continued training through ACT training, as well as focused lunch and learns monthly. We believe that all members participate in the ongoing improvement of the quality of our hospital environment for the team, the doctors, the patient and the client. Our team strives to promote fear free feline and canine experiences and we are continuously upgrading features that help improve that care for the patient and the client. Experience preferred but will consider mentoring recent graduates. We offer generous CE allowance, AVMA membership dues, AVMA liability insurance dues and 401(k). Seventy First Animal Hospital is an active and growing 3 doctor small animal practice. We also see a variety of exotics including birds, reptiles and small mammals. In close proximity to Ft. Bragg we have a lot of new clients, we also have a strong client base that has been coming to Seventy First for years.Our team strives to educated our clients as well as never stop learning. We greet the clients and pets as they walk though the door and work to make the fur babies feel comfortable as well as the clients feel welcome.
