Red Hills Veterinary Hospital is a rapidly growing and highly reputable four doctor AAHA accredited practice looking to add a fifth full-time Associate Veterinarian to our team. We arecentrally located in the northeast corner of Wyoming in between the Black Hills National Forest and the Bighorn National Forest in the city of Gillette. We offer a great work-life balance, with no on call hours, a four-day work week, one evening shift per week, and one weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday hours) per month. We will be moving into brand new 7000 square foot facility In June of 2019. It will have 10 exam rooms, a comfort room, large treatment / ICU area and separate dental suite.
Experienced Veterinarians or new graduates are welcome to enjoy mentorship and continued monthly training. Our practice encompasses small and large animals, as well as furred and feathered exotic pets. New associates may choose to focus on one or all of the above. Our services range from preventative canine and feline visits to extensive orthopedic surgeries. Join our team and practice cutting edge, high quality medicine withinhouse Idexx laboratory equipment, Aesculight surgical laser, Companion Therapy laser, digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, orthopedic surgical equipment, and cutting edge medical treatments.
Each Veterinarian is provided exceptional support staff. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes medical, dental, vision and liability insurance, continuing education budget, paid vacation, uniforms, and AVMA membership. Licensure fees are covered for Wyoming State Veterinary license, Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy license, and DEA licensing. Relocation assistance is an additional perk.
