Spay Today opened in May 2006 with a mission to help reduce the number of homeless animals in Pitt County and surrounding areas. We assist the county animal shelter, local rescue groups and the public. To date we have sterilized more than 50,000 dogs and cats. We were trained and mentored by Humane Alliance, now the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance and are a member of the National Spay/Neuter Response Team (NSNRT.)
