The Regional Director of Operations responsibilities include:
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision as set forth by the CEO.
Overseeing hospital design, implement business strategies, plans and procedures for your market hospitals to ensure fiscal growth.
Set inclusive goals for performance and growth.
Oversee daily operations of the hospitals in conjunction with onsite practice manager staff.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Evaluate hospital performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
Participate in expansion activities in the veterinary market, while managing relationships with partners and vendors.
These activities will be inclusive of Fetch Veterinary Cancer and Specialty Centers and Cancer Veterinary Centers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, and/or 3 - 5 years equivalent combination of education and experience within the veterinary administrative field.
Essential duties of this job may often require more than 40 hours per week and the position will require 50-75% travel.
