Practice Manager - Surgical Group Upstate NY
Veterinary Specialties Referral Center
Independence never felt so good!
Autonomy – As the Practice Manager, you will work directly with the practicing owner but have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership. With a strong emphasis on practice growth, human resources, staff development, and client service, we need your expertise in organizational communication, policy and procedure implementation, and coaching to bring out the best in everyone. Educated clientele - With a vibrant, local human healthcare environment combined with an educated community, our pet owners know about specialists and actively seek out this level of care for their pets. Your job is to help keep us staffed and trained with the talent to serve the region. We’re independent – Under singular, independent ownership, we’ve been serving the Capital District for over three decades. We’re innovative – With a commitment to the highest standards in surgical care, our specialists utilize the most advanced surgical techniques available – and are called upon to teach on a regular basis. Great location – Located in an idyllic, four-season setting in Upstate New York, we are home to some of the most beautiful places on earth. A Tradition of Excellence, A Reputation for Caring Veterinary Specialties Referral Center (VSRC) has been providing comprehensive diagnostic and surgical procedures for pets since 1990. Whether it’s a CT scan, arthroscopy, endoscopic procedure, or surgery with a harmonic scalpel, our patients benefit from the latest technology, advance training and techniques in a caring, compassionate environment with 24-hour patient care. We are sought for our expertise, but we are remembered for our genuine enjoyment in helping our clients and their pets. The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the practice. The role is both strategic and operational with responsibility for long term planning, as well as day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will enjoy great autonomy and the opportunity to bring their creative leadership style to a team of surgeons, techs, and admin staff hungry to continue learning. If you are passionate about service excellence, developing and empowering a staff, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration we would like to talk with you! For immediate and confidential consideration please email your resume and cover letter to Robin Brogdon, MA at robin@blueprintsvmg.com. No calls please.
