St. Francis 24 Hour Animal Hospital has been going through some changes, and we’re loving it!
We embraced a new Managing Veterinarian about 18 months ago. Dr. Heidi Talbott is WSU alum and has a passion for high quality medicine and the humane treatment of all animals; which is probably why she has taken so many into her home, 5 rescues and counting. Kirsten Tyler, our hospital manager, has been a staple at the site for a while and recently has been channeling her passions toward team building and strategic management, onboarding new grads, and working to efficiently and effectively organize the hospital space (there’s a lot of it!). We have happily experienced an increase in caseload and client service requests and find ourselves ready to add to our team. It is our dedicated purpose to find the ideal balance between high customer satisfaction as evidenced through our ability to provide the ultimate care for our loyal clients AND the commitment to work/life balance and enhanced chances for professional development and learning for our valued veterinarians and staff.
