MSPCA in Boston is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to shape and lead a progressive team serving both shelter pets and owned animals in need. POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our animal clinic provides medical care to the animals at our Boston Adoption Center as well as low cost spay/neuter and acute outpatient veterinary care for animals of low income pet owners. Click here to read about what we do https://view.publitas.com/mspca-angell/bcc-report-jan-apr-2020/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Our ideal candidate will have experience in diverse surgery and medical evaluation skills for urgent care cases, such as pyometras, leg amputations, foreign body surgeries, etc. We are also looking for previous experience in high volume, high quality spay/neuter techniques (humane alliance model) and experience in dental surgery.
