Four doctor, two-clinic mixed animal practice. Annual caseload is approximately 60% small animal, 30% bovine (predominantly cow/calf), and 10% equine/small ruminant with the occasional bird or exotic animal. The primary clinic is located in Mayerthorpe, Alberta with a satellite clinic in Whitecourt, Alberta.
Mayerthorpe is a small town of about 1700 people just over an hour West of Edmonton. Whitecourt is about 20 minutes further Northwest and is a larger center with athletic facilities, sports programs, hiking and skiing trails, shopping and entertainment. Our practice location offers small town atmosphere with the amenities of larger centers close by, as well as the Rocky Mountains only a few hours away.
