Our expansion into emergency, 24 hour care earlier this year has been an exciting time! We have another opening at this point that will allow the right person to insert their personal ideas and engagement as we continue to solidify our processes and niche in the market! We are offering a signing bonus, generous pay and benefits as well as flexible scheduling for the right fit to grow our hospital as a high quality and personable, compassionate option for emergency care. We are not corporate practice. 

We are located in the scenic Lake Norman community and are only 20-25 miles from downtown Charlotte. Mooresville is home to many industries and a nationally recognized school system. Charlotte is a sprawling city with wonderful attractions such as restaurants, shopping, the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and Bank of America Stadium. Go Panthers!

The ideal candidate will live and breathe our mission to build lifelong relationships with our patients, their families, and our team. We are looking for someone that shows compassionate, patient and detail-oriented care for pets, and can also be personable, straight-forward, and empathetic with their owners and their team. 

While our practice has been around since the 1950s, we have a beautiful new facility that was completed in 2017 that is properly equipped and a comfortable place to work. 

You’ll find yourself excited about flexible hours, and also eager to start with a generous salary and benefits. We are offering a signing bonus on completion of 90 days and another at the completion of 6 months in addition to any production bonuses.
