    Beckwith Veterinary Hospital is a state-of-the-art hospital in Modesto, CA- close enough to the Bay Area and Sacramento for a day trip or weekend getaway, but far enough to enjoy a reasonable cost of living and community vibe.  Our hospital is welcoming and collegial- a place where experienced and new doctors can grow professionally and work with a highly skilled team that has been with us for years.  Dr. Michael O'Brien has been practicing for more than 40 years and is a great mentor and colleague.  Our hospital has two other veterinarians and we would like to add two more to our team.  If you are looking for a place to practice top quality medicine in a beautiful, state of the art location, we want to meet you!  We focus on small animal medicine.  At Beckwith Veterinary Hospital, you will practice advanced surgical techniques, and diagnose and manage challenging medicine cases.    We have 9 exam rooms, a spacious ICU, expansive treatment area and dual surgery suite.  When it's time to unwind, we have an in-house gym and locker room with private showers.  Our practice features a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, CO2 surgical laser, dental tables and class IV therapy laser.  We offer a competitive, six figure income and generous benefits that include medical and dental, CE allowance and VMA membership.  Associates have the potential to earn production-based bonuses as well.
