Very busy full-service, mixed animal practice in the desert Southwest looking for an energetic and innovative individual to join our team. This clinic is a labor of love--founded as a one doctor practice over 40 years ago, we now have 3 FT/1 PT DVMs and a large support staff--the clinic has evolved (and yes, exploded) to function as one of the only true remaining general practices in the area who serves the WHOLE family day in and day out. Routine, emergency, and some specialty services available. Many of our clients have been with us for decades and are certainly a part of this crazy, beautiful extended family!COVID-safe practices are fully employed and curbside service is mandated in New Mexico for the time being, we will continue to update and modify protocols as safety and regulations permit.
An ideal practice manager would serve to coordinate client relations with the actual practice of veterinary medicine. We are looking for an individual who can supervise front desk activities, communicate and coordinate with doctors, staff, and clients, ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patients in and out of the clinic, manage staff scheduling, help with monthly invoicing and collections (Cornerstone), and aid in our marketing and social media presence. We pride ourselves on the practice of top-notch medicine while still providing individualized care and maintaining clear communications and strong relationships between both our staff members and our clientele.
Las Cruces is small city which continues to maintain more of a small town atmosphere. Many clients have been loyal customers for decades (and even generations!)--they are also our neighbors and friends. We strive to maintain this relationship and provide the highest level of care tailored and directed to each individual client and patient. Our desert climate is temperate and enjoyable year-round with nearby access to hiking, hunting, water-sports, skiing, and more.
