No more fifteen-minute appointments, thirty is standard. No more eight-hour workdays, the shifts are five hours; you leave when you are finished. Our doctors average six and a half hours, after files and phone calls. We encourage time off, with six paid holidays, paid birthday, and three weeks of paid vacation.
