Orchard Road Animal Hospital, an AAHA Accredited, progressive, 5-doctor veterinary practice located in Montgomery Illinois, is seeking a full-time, Veterinary Practice Manager. We have a talented support staff of about 35 and a dynamic middle management team eager to assist with leadership.
The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care, providing outstanding client service and creating a collaborative and engaging work environment. You must have a proven track record for leading by example and creating a culture of teamwork.
Responsibilities include oversight of operations, human resources, finances, marketing and providing direction for continued growth.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
3-5 years management experience
Previous experience in healthcare (no necessarily veterinary) preferred but not required
Goal-oriented with strong leadership, time management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
CVPM certification (or in the process/desire to actively pursue)
