Green Bay Animal Hospital is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will help create a collaborative yet engaging work environment, and share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. Previous management experience is required, with priority given to those who also have experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.
The Hospital Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of our hospital, including the leadership of the technician and receptionist support teams; managing financial and business development of the practice, including managing budget and key performance indicators; and overseeing client care and communications by mentoring support staff to demonstrate exceptional customer service. This position may also require working occasional shifts as a receptionist or on the floor as a veterinary technician as the need arises.
