Rockhill Pet Clinic
Manage all employees of a progressive, growing small animal clinic devoted to thorough and comprehensive care. There are currently about 30 employees and three doctors. This clinic heavily leverages the contributions of all members of the team to result in exceptional results for patient care. The Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of the clinic including financial analytics, growth planning, marketing, inventory, IT, budgeting, facility upkeep and maintenance, and all other aspects of a small animal clinic. Our team is composed of Medical Care/Nursing and RVTs. These people average 10+ years of employment in this clinic. The Client Care team averages less than 1 year employment in this clinic. It is expected that the primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager would involve, initially, investing about 50 - 70% of their time on the growth and development of the Client Care team. Growth and development of the entire clinic team would remain a permanent priority of the position, although the time investment would change in a very fluid manner over time. Additional Salary Information: Open ended bonuses based on financial growth of the practice. The pay is limited only by the Practice Manager's results.
