We are a privately owned small animal hospital in the North Denver area. Established in 1982, we have
grown from a 1 doctor practice to 4, and would like to invite you to join our team! Flexibility is an
important part of this position. You'll have the flexibility to choose salary if you wish, or production based
wages, or a combination of the two. If you want to work 1 day a week or 5 we'd love to speak to you.
Want to choose the days you work? You got it! Don't like surgery? It's not required. Love surgery, we'll
train you if needed. Want to perform acupuncture but not trained? We'll pay for it. Want to use a Class IV
Therapy laser? We have it! We also have digital radiography, a boarded radiologist to review them and
perform ultrasounds, dentistry, full surgical suite and in-house Idexx labs.

We're not for everyone, however. If you want to work for a corporation, who lure you in with signing
bonuses, but want you to work 40+ hours a week with only 18 paid days of vacation we're not for you. If
you want little say in the drugs you use or prescribe; we're not for you. if you want a computer program to
make your diagnosis or treatments based upon an algorithm; we're not for you. If you want to take after
hours emergency calls, again, we're not for you. If you like to work on major Holidays we're not for you.
We offer a stability. All of our doctors are experienced and have been with our family for a minimum of 5
years. Most of our staff has been with us for years. We're experienced, and busy. If you want a stable
staff, we ARE for you!

Whether you want to do surgery or just see appointment, or both, our patients are waiting for you to join
our team. We'll offer you a life balance, work as much or as little as you want. Earn up to 5 weeks of
vacation based upon you experience. Salary is negotiable and based upon experience, starting at
$120k/year based upon 40 work hour week. We'll still offer you a signing bonus as a thank you for joining
our family, offer health insurance, year-end bonus based upon production, up to 6 paid sick days a year,
paid time off for CE, paid license fees, and discounted veterinary care. We'll help with relocation costs if
