Country Village Pet Care Hospital has a unique opportunity for an associate Veterinarian who is patient and client-oriented, that wants to practice veterinary medicine on a personal level. We are a privately-owned, well-established and growing practice. The opportunity can accommodate the goals of either a new graduate or experienced Veterinarian. Utilize the 35 years of experience of the medical director and the 20-year tenure of the lead technician for professional growth, mentoring and production support. Our team is focused on high-quality preventative care, diagnostics, and progressive dental care with individual attention to enhance the continuity of care and support our patient’s health to their full potential. Our hospital has served generations of clients in our community and provides a family-oriented approach to the medicine that we deliver to the companion animals we serve.
About Our Practice:
Our hospital is well-equipped with an up-to-date and clean working environment.
Complete Dental Suite with canis Major lift tub, IM3 dental machine and digital dental x-ray.
Modern Surgical Suite utilizing both laser surgery and radiosurgery. Sevoflurane anesthesia and monitoring equipment.
Diagnostics with digital x-ray, IDEXX in-house and reference laboratory, V-check machine.

Country Village Pet Care Hospital is located in the Village of Alden, an eastern suburb of Buffalo, NY. Alden is a semi-rural, suburban community. The hospital is the only Veterinary Hospital in the Village of Alden. The Village has all of the charm and small-town necessities needed for every-day living; with most everything else in Western New York no more than a 20-to-45-minute drive away. We enjoy a quick commute with little traffic. The area boasts plenty of sports, cultural, restaurant, nightlife, and outdoor activities situated 25 minutes from downtown Buffalo, and a short drive to the Finger Lakes, Great Lakes, Niagara Falls, State Parks and Ski Areas. Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD Degree from an accredited institution.
Valid Veterinary license in the State of New York.

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000-$200,000 based on a 40-hour work week, and is determined by skill set, experience, schedule, motivation and production incentive. High performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed the base salary.
